We do everything on the following checklist, up to the estimated or specified time limit. The following checklist itemizes the services we provide in our General Housecleaning. We can also include extra projects, important to you such as laundry, cleaning the oven, washing mini-blinds, etc. If you have extra projects, please list them for the worker or crew leader to refer to. These projects usually take the place of the other General Housecleaning items, listed below.
A Woman’s Touch General Housecleaning
Kitchen:
  • Clean & disinfect sink.
  • Thoroughly clean & disinfect counter tops, moving all articles.
  • Spot check cabinets for fingerprints.
  • Clean inside of microwave.
  • Clean top of range & range hood.
  • Clean burner plates.
  • Clean wall behind stove.
  • Wash down outside of all appliances, including top of refrigerator.
  • Spot wipe inside of refrigerator.
  • Remove fingerprints from doors & light switches.
  • Can do dishes or load dishwasher.
  • Wipe down kitchen table & chairs.
  • Hand clean baseboards.
  • Clean kitchen floor (we give it the white towel test).
Throughout The House:
  • General vacuuming (including behind and under smaller objects).
  • Dust all furniture & art objects (can polish them).
  • Clean pictures & tops of frames.
  • Remove fingerprints from all doors and light switches.
  • Clean telephones.
  • Wash window sills.
  • Clean glass top tables with window cleaner.
  • Clean and wash hard wood floors.
  • Make or straighten beds (making hospital corners).
  • Fluff & straighten pillows & cushions.
  • Dust all baseboards.
  • Vacuum or shake & clean under floor mats or area rugs, straightening them.
  • Clean T.V. screens with window cleaner.
  • Empty all waste baskets.
Bathroom:
  • Wash & disinfect toilet, inside & out.
  • Pumice the toilet bowl or other stained enamel, if needed.
  • Disinfect & scrub down the shower & wash runners.
  • Clean sink & fixtures.
  • Wash window sills.
  • Remove fingerprints from doors and light switches.
  • Dust reachable hanging shelves.
  • Clean hanging pictures & tops of frames.
  • Fold bath towels.
  • Clean all soap trays.
  • Clean all bottles & trays (including perfume & shampoo bottles).
  • Clean all mirrors.
  • Polish all chrome fixtures.
  • Wash floor & baseboards.
We can do 1 reachable set of windows (Ex. sliding glass door or window over the kitchen sink)
Please remember that all jobs are estimated on an hourly basis, and that the quoted price is an estimate only. We base our estimates on years of experience in the field and on your job specifications. However, because every job is unique, your cleaning needs may not conform to averages. You, the customer always have control in either prioritizing the work to be done within the time limit, or if more time is needed for extra projects you may choose to pay more money, accordingly.
